Welcome!!
The FDSI team is a collaboration of professionals and students from a range of disciplines - occupational therapy, social sciences, social work - all of whom are dedicated to better understanding the lived experience and greater context of family and disability, exploring issues and generating solutions in partnership with those affected by disability, and disseminating knowledge that informs further research and positively impacts the greater community.
We are always looking to expand our research team. Interested graduate students and post-doctoral fellows, both locally and internationally, are encouraged to apply.
Interested candidates are urged to contact Dr. David McConnell to discuss mutual interests and possible avenues of involvement in the FDSI.
